4: Legal Consequences: Any unauthorized use of the Beat, including unauthorized reselling, is considered a direct violation of the Norwegian Copyright Act (Act No. 2 of May 12, 1961 relating to Copyright in Literary, Scientific and Artistic Works, as last amended by Act No. 103 of June 19, 2009) (NO105)relating to Copyright in Literary, Scientific and Artistic Works, as last amended by Act No. 27 of June 2, 1995) and is infringing upon the copyrights of the works of Xspliffic Beats. Under the fullest extent of the law, Xspliffic Productions reserves the right to take legal action or pursue financial compensation as a result of any breach or violation of this Agreement.
5. Any disputes will be settled under the governing law of Norway, and according to Norwegian laws. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Xspliffic Beats with respect to the Beat, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements. If any part of these Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
